It has been twenty months since the release of my last album, Isle Eleven, under the Distronaut pseudonym. While that album was definitely club orientated, this new collection of tracks is a little steadier. It does still, however, feature massive amounts of juicy synths, big beats and cheesy hooks. It’s nine of my most polished tracks from the past two years and I hope you enjoy them!

“Produced during a wave of bitter procrastination. A return to the eighties, to cruise through those paradise resorts in a scarlet convertible and feel the sun beat down.”
Slower, heavier and a little miserable. New track or life story?
Happy Christmas folks, and bring on next year’s good times!
It’s very simple, you draw lines and drop dots onto them, playing different notes according to the line’s length.
You can also change the direction of the gravity whilst the dots are moving so if you’re into your avant garde experimental melodies, this will be great for generating those!
This windows version is freeware but I’m keeping the source private for now.

Just a bit of fun! Late 80s/ early 90s video game style racing music with liberal amounts of bitcrushing and cheesy melodies. Infinitely more fun than making ‘dirty’ crowd-pleasers.
Honestly, I don’t mean to keep rehashing old tunes from 2009 but as I started working on a remastered copy for ‘Energize 2011’ the whole thing came together all over again and I couldn’t tear myself away from the project.
It’s been three years since I released Entertainment System which has since disappeared into the wilderness of the internet. However, I’ve re-released and remastered some of the tracks since. Ninja At The Disco got a makeover in 2010 and Interstellar was featured on Energize in 2008.

Yeah, it’s another rehash but I’ve been toying around with it for a good few months now. It’ll probably end up getting used in a game at some point too.
Time to see February off with this brand new track I’ve been working on over the weekend. Starts off pretty mean spirited but after the first drop it moves into classically deep house with plenty of jazzy chords and funky melodies! I had a lot of fun making this – you can download it for free now on the Soundcloud page. (Click the image.)
Just finished this electro-trance remode of Feel This (2007.) The original goes way back to ‘Be Kruzen’ which I’m pretty sure is unavailable these days. This mix will turn up in my upcoming Energize 2011 mix too.
